Customs & Duties
All orders are shipped duty-paid, meaning customers will not incur additional customs duties upon delivery. However, in the rare event that local regulations impose additional charges, the customer will be responsible for those fees. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Patchlify™ does not assume liability for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at the time of purchase. If an error is noticed in the shipping address, customers should contact us within 12 hours of placing their order to rectify the issue.
Non-Delivery Claims & Lost Packages
If a package is marked as delivered by the courier but is not received, customers should reach out within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation. An internal investigation will be initiated to resolve the issue. Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 15 days of the shipping date; after this period, compensation or resolution cannot be guaranteed.
